Problemes amb Telefonica ADSL

Hi ha problemes amb vàries direccions IP amb clients que tenen contractada connexíó de Telefónica ADSL. Això no significa que el sistema ADSL no funcioni, sinó que el servei té talls importants a l'hora d'enviar i rebre informació.

Les causes de l'incidència són totalment alienes a Galileu.net i no hi podem fer res per resoldre-la.

El problema sembla haver-se resolt durant la nit del 19 de maig.

Hay problemas con varias direcciones IP con clientes que tienen contratada conexión de Telefónica ADSL. Esto no significa que la conexión ADSL no funcione, si no que el servicio tiene cortes importantes al enviar y recibir información.

Las causas de la incidencia son totalmente ajenas a Galileu.net y no podemos hacer nada para resolverla.

El problema parece haberse resuelto durante la noche del 19 de mayo.

There are problems with different IP addresses for clients that use ADSL connection from Telefonica in Spain. That does not mean that the ADSL connection is not working, but the service has important cuts while sending and receiving data.

The cause of this problem lies with Telefonica Spain and therefor the problem cannot be solved by Galileu.net.

The problem seems to have been solved during the night of 19th of May.
